Ecco Domani

I had this Pinot Grigio at Red Lobster last night with snow crab legs. This was a bearable drink, but I wish I had gone with the Chardonnay. It did not have much taste to it on the front or back. To it's credit, I believe it was served to cold, as it did taste better as it warmed up.

Just What I Need

I know... I really don't need another blog. This is a necessity though, since my mind does not remember things so well.

This blog will allow me to remember the good things in life. I plan to post reviews (not professional, and will most likely not use the right terms) of wines, beers and liquors that I have tasted. When I start to smoke, I will post reviews about that stuff as well.

At this point, I am thinking I will give ratings from 1-10 and label them as such.
